It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to Stedi UK in the packaging they were received in and in the condition they were received in. We may exercise our right to refuse any non-faulty goods outside of this timeframe. After authorisation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery. Any orders shipped back without notice will not be processed. We do however have a couple of rules.Īll returns must be authorised by a member of staff before they can be processed within our warehouse.
